Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Drive the strategy/process for listening and reacting to consumer conversations relating to life at home and the IKEA brand within the digital communication environment. Lead social media within the campaign planning process ensuring this channel is represented within the overall marketing communication mix supporting media efficient brand & visitation campaigns throughout the year
Plan, optimize and develop the online contents including posts, videos, live stream, and engagement activity that meets the needs of our customers, and improve the brand position, customer relationship and stimulate home furnishing interest
Strategically plan, position, and manage the creative communications across various social media platforms are aligned with IKEA Values, commercial priority and contribute to business growth. Manage agency partners to optimize the most efficient and effective digital media platforms for IKEA
Continuously identify opportunities and create synergy in IKEA Indonesia market to enhance social media campaign effectiveness from a data-driven perspective
Be responsible for supporting in crisis management from a social media perspective, in coordination with the Customer Relationship, PR and web teams. Partner with Marketing team members to use digital media as an effective communication channel to promote our home furnishing competence to the widest possible consumer market
Secure stakeholder engagement to influence and develop good content and professional dialogue with key internal and external stakeholders
Lead the competence development and engagement of digital media within the organization through increasing the knowledge and understanding on the role of digital media and providing regular updates to the business
Kualifikasi:
5 years working experience in social media and digital communications. Experience of customer-centric business, retail and/or home furnishing. Proven experience of working with social media and digital communication and advertising/digital communication agency, marketing and branding
Management experience (managing agencies, briefings, processes and web care), project and process management
Broad knowledge of communication and creative concept evaluation/judgment
Up-to-date knowledge of the complete social media landscape, usage and measurements budget management (forecasting, goal setting and return on investment)
Excellent compelling communicator both verbally and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia
