Responsibilities:
Implement community activities in social media and campaigns to align with marketing strategies Acquire new community members Handle, build relationships and assisting nutritions consultation with Realfoodfam and potential Realfoodfam through social media and WA groups Organize events (both online and offline) to build communities and boost brand awareness Monitor and report on community feedback and online reviews – Coordinate with the brand marketing, social media, and creative team to stay updated on new products, features, and activities Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with relevant communities
Qualifications:
Background/degree in Nutrition (preferably a Certified Nutritionist) Experience in women-oriented community management – Experienced in launching community initiatives (e.g. building online brand forums or social media, creating online/offline events, creating project series) Superb communicator; passionate in people-to-people interaction and able to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders Passion for social projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Willing WFO at West Jakarta.
