Kopi Kenangan, melangkah lebih jauh ke dalam industri makanan dengan meluncurkan produk ayam goreng, Chigo. Nantinya, Chigo akan memiliki outlet mandiri yang terpisah namun tetap menawarkan berbagai variasi minuman Kopi Kenangan. Co-Founder dan CBO Kopi Kenangan James Prananto menjelaskan bahwa Chigo memiliki dua makna, yakni ‘Chicken on the Go’, serta kombinasi kata ‘Chi’ yang berarti ‘tujuh’ dan ‘Go’ yang berarti ‘lima’ dalam bahasa Hokkien untuk melambangkan 7 variasi saus dan 5 sambal ayam gorengnya.

Crew Store
Qualification :
Maximum age 30 years old, and minimum height 155 cm & above.
Possess SMU, Diploma in Food & Beverage Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
Preferably less than 1 year experience as Crew in Quick Service Restaurant or equivalent.
Shift work therefore must be willing to work early morning, late evening, weekend and/or holiday.
Inventory Control experience.
Shift Supervisor
Qualification :
Maximum age into 32 years old.
Diploma in Food &Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
2+ year experience as Supervisor in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Inventory control experience
Store Manager
Qualification :
Maximum age into 32 years old.
Diploma in Food &Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
2+ years experience as Store Manager in Quick Service Restaurant or equivalent.
2+ years experience leading a team of 6 or more; including training and coaching.
Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
