Quality Control
Description
Evaluate, inspect, and report the condition of the manufacturing facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with the company, food safety, and HAS regulations.
Control and monitor product quality from the raw materials to final products, in compliance with GMP, HACCP, and HAS.
Completes tasks thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with the company, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identifies, reports, and documents if and when there is a deviation from the company, quality, food safety, and HALAL standards.
Conduct Food Safety and Quality verification programs in support of the quality objectives.
Requirements
Male/Female
Bachelor’s degree in food technology (or similar) with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Control in the Food & Beverage Industry.
Experience in regulated food processing and services with familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics.

Awareness of basic food safety, quality, and compliance standards; with an understanding of continuous improvement programs.
Knowledge of risk assessment and root cause analysis, with the ability to recommend and implement solutions.
Basic data processing and analysis skills via Microsoft Windows and Internet applications.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities.
Willing to work in shift hours and will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
Quality Assurance
Description:
Evaluates, inspects, and reports the condition of all the manufacturing facilities (outlets, central kitchen, and warehouses) to ensure compliance with the company, food safety, and HAS regulations.
Conduct Internal Audit programs in support of the business, quality objectives, and certification requirements.
Monitors product and service quality through adherence to GMP, HACCP, and HAS.
Completes tasked horsey and accurately to ensure compliance with he co many quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identifies, reports, and documents if and when there is a deviation from the company, quality, food safety, and HALAL standards.
Contributes to closing non-conformances resulting from internal and external audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law (S.H.).
Quality Assurance in the Food & Beverage Industry.
Experience in regulated food processing and services with familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics.
