1. Assistant Software Test Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for third-party app launch audit testing project
Continuous improvement on testing capabilities, process and efficiency
Other given testing test by superior
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree from all major
Have testing working experienced or fresh graduate
High interest in gadget & mobile applications testing
Proficiency in English
Driven & Target Oriented, Self motivated and fast learner
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
2. Export Import (EXIM) Compliance Specialist
Job Descriptions:
Support internal operational team and incharge for Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).
Update and implement all export import regulation and laws.
Provide, Maintain data and act as document controller for internal and external audit.
Handle the custom clearance for sea section from monitoring shipment to arrival arrangement.
Other administration task given by superior.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business Management or Logistics from reputable Universities.
Have minimum 2 years working experience in handling export import compliance.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Have strong logical & analytical thinking.
Understand basic of export import and solve problem analysis.
Goal & Details oriented, Proactive and Creative Thinking.
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
3. Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist
Job Descriptions:
Maintain the daily Quality Management System including writing and revising SOPs, working instructions and templates and doing continuous improvement within company.
Maintain Quality Control program and Document Control System and help with the ongoing project development.
Understand and perform tasks described within the Quality System for Management Representative duties, including conducting Management Reviews.
Work with every department in workshop to create Document Control System.
Ensuring the implementation of Quality System in every department.
Assist in the Internal Audit process and External Audits.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above from any major
Have minimum 2 years working experience in QMS
Fluent in English or Mandarin
Familiar with any kind of ISO certification process and regulation. Have ISO certification will be a plus
Goal and Details Oriented, able to work under pressure and good interpersonal skill
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
4. IT Infrastructure
Job Descriptions :
Responsible for monitoring and daily maintenance of network (switch/router/wireless AP/meeting room device) and data center & server room.
Responsible for troubleshooting for the network-related issue, or provide the remote environment for HQ
Responsible for New switch installation, broken device replacement and other task related
Responsible for Assist some desktop work
Job Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Information Technology
Full proficiency in English or Mandarin
Understand STP/VLAN/DHCP/HSRP/OSPF/switch stack
Have experience for cisco device(switch and router, catalyst) and AP/meeting room/optical fiber/other kind of network related device etc.
Have experience for network analyze and monitor tool
CCNA or higher certification is preferred
Willing to do overtime (if needed)
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
5. Material Controller Specialist (Chinese Speaker)
Job Descriptions:
Submitting the treatment of inactive material
Follow up on Material delivery from China/Local vendor, and make material purchasing plan to ensure production runs smoothly
Regularly check and actively feedback on the lack of material, and follow up on the next arrival
Responsible for managing the reasonable stock of materials and process inactive/dead stock of material
Continuously optimize the application of ERP system to provide systematic support for factory logistics
Continuously optimize the logistics process, and make improvements to the logistics system to be more efficient and shorter
Solve any abnormal material issue
Job Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related major
Fluent in Mandarin is a must
Fresh Graduate / Have Experience in material management related to consumer electronics products is an advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP System
Have very good communication skills, Planning and goal-oriented
Fast learner, responsible, good analytical and logical thinking
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
