1. Purchasing Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities:
End to End purchasing activity from research potential vendor, evaluate their offers, negotiate contract terms, pricing to monitoring their arrival at warehouse
Fulfill all purchasing request and ensure the goods arrived safely & on time
Ensure the quality of purchased goods meet our company’s standard
Maintain relationship with our vendors and review their performances
Prepare & maintain all type of purchasing report & other administrative task
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business, Finance, Chinese Studies or other related major
Full proficiency in English and Chinese
Advanced skill in ERP & Ms Office especially in Ms Excel
Goal/Target Oriented, Details Oriented, Good Analytical/Logical Thinking
Effective Communicator, Proactive, problem solving & creative thinking
Able to work under pressure, adapt with fast changing environment
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

2. Electrical SPQE Purchasing Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supplier management (battery) and implement management requirements for local suppliers
Follow up the trial production of new battery projects, verification progress and solve
Deal with the abnormalities within the supplier feedback and follow up the solution abnormalities
Deal with suppliers’ incoming materials and abnormal production lines, follow up the NG analysis progress and result
Deal with delivery problems caused by technology or quality
Lead the supplier’s daily audit and annual audit
Manage important changes of local suppliers, optimize and improved, and impact of changes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above major in electronics or electrical engineering
Fully understand electrical circuit principle is preferred
Have working experience in a manufacturing company or fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Full proficiency in English AND Mandarin
Understanding and experience in failure analysis or process exception handling is preferred
Have good communication and coordination skills, and have a strong sense of responsibility

3. Localization Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the testing of software system functions and third party applications of mobile phones
Perform test activities on the project according test plan and test cases.
Verify and handle market complaints on market models. Collect local test scenarios and promote to the optimization of test cases,
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above majoring in Information System/Chinese Literature/other related major
High interest in software testing
At least have 1 year working experience in software testing/fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Full working proficiency in English AND Mandarin.
Good communication skills, goal oriented, fast learner. Willing to works in Cikupa, Tangerang
