PT Nikomas Gemilang – Berkantor Pusat di Kota Taicung, Taiwan, Pou Chen Coropration adalah produsen alas kaki terkemuka di Taiwan, dan merupakan salah satu prodesen alas kaki terbesar di Dunia.
Grup ini pertamakali di dirikan di Fuxing, Changwa pada tahun 1969 oleh keluarga Tsai. Ini berfokus pada pembuatan sepatu atletik dan kasual berdasarkan OEM/ODM untuk merk global ternama seperti Nike, Adidas, Asics, Clarks, Reebok, Puma, New Balance, Cross, Marrell, Timberland, Converse dan Solomon yang mana semua itu memiliki jalur produksi di Cina, Indonesia, Mexico, dan Vietnam.
Berlokasi di dalam Kawasan Industri PT. Nikomas Gemilang yang merupakan juga kawasan industri alas kaki terbesar di Indonesia (luas -+300 ha) Pou Chen Indonesia merupakan salah satu pabrik yang memproduksi sepatu olahraga dan kasual dari merek Puma dan Asicis.
Didirikan tahun 2009 dalam area seluas -+ 100 ha. PT Pou Chan Indonesia memberikan kerjaan lebih dari 11.000 karyawan yang mampu memproduksi lebih dari 500.000 pasang sepatu perbulan.

LANGUAGE PROFESSIONAL OFFICER (JAPANESE-SPEAKING)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly to every form of communication from customers (in Japanese)
Engage in effective communication with various parties within the factory to follow up on the results of communication with customers
Handle all forms of translation needs both verbally and in writing
Supervise the production process and inspect the quality of sample shoes, taking action to resolve problems that arise in the process
Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately as instructed by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
All majors, High School/Bachelor (S1)
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 certified)
Use Microsoft Office proficiently
Collaborate effectively as a team-player
Demonstrate good communication skills
LANGUAGE PROFESSIONAL OFFICER (CHINESE-SPEAKING)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate communication and coordination with various parties within the factory
Manage projects effectively, ensuring successful implementation and completion
Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately as instructed by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
All majors, High School/Bachelor (S1)
Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 certified)
English proficiency is an additional advantage
Use Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) proficiently
Collaborate effectively as a team-player
Demonstrate good communication skills
HR STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform HR tasks, including data analysis, generating reports, and maintaining employee attendance records
Participate in various HR activities, such as training sessions, recruitment processes, and annual employee assessments
Collaborate on HR projects to contribute to the achievement of departmental goals
Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately as instructed by supervisors

SD-ESH STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct daily ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) inspections, promptly follow up on identified issues, and report any ESH-related concerns.
Participate in various ESH projects, collaborating with team members to contribute to the success of these initiatives.
Execute assigned tasks promptly and accurately as instructed by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
Any major related to Engineering, Bachelor (S1)
Proficient in English
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in data analysis
K3 Chemistry Expert Certificate is an additional advantage
