Facility Engineer
Requirements :
Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and have MEP, instrumentation or related technical field and equivalent practical experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility/process plant/power plant operations, engineering, or maintenance
Advance knowledge of HVAC systems, such as chillers, centrifugal refrigeration systems, fans, cooling towers, AHUs, and pumps, will be an advantage.
Understand basic power calculations on 1 and 3-phase circuits.
Have experience working with maintenance management systems.
Understand and have experience in developing SOPs, work plans, MOPs, or other operational documentation.
Good command of English, positive attitude, professional, responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn
A good team player with an excellent attitude and the ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed
Job Descriptions :
Manage routine inspections and maintenance of the infrastructure supporting data center operations and Comfortable with 24/7 critical environment infrastructure and data center equipment requirements and reporting directly to Facility Manager
Perform and supervise the maintenance of the data center core facility in providing the required services for customers in terms of mechanical, electrical, fire system, automation, and network.
Owned and participated in all site-level mechanical system issues, such as HVAC systems, chillers, centrifugal refrigeration systems, cooling towers, In Row Cooling, AHUs, pumps, water treatment, etc., during the project execution phase.
Develop reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis to optimize the performance and efficiency of data center operations.
Analyze and evaluate data center sub-system performances, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for upgrades.
Analyze and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures, from maintaining redundant high-capacity cooling systems to operating and supporting data center backup electrical systems (diesel generators, rotary uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), etc.).
Must be able to provide detailed information on the design and operation of the data center facilities to consultants, subcontractors, the field installation team, and the customer if required.
Embody a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of the DRB environment and activities.

Testing Engineer
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in testing, QC, or engineering is an advantage.
Familiar with electrical measurement tools (e.g., multimeter).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork ability.
Key Responsibilities :
Install and set up battery testing equipment according to operational requirements.
Configure testing software based on the specific battery model being produced.
Conduct validation of testing equipment using function test battery samples.
Review and verify NG (No Good) types in NVT BIS.
Perform testing activities aligned with the identified NG type.
Use multimeter and related tools to measure and record electrical values.
Compare and validate testing results with the applicable Working Instructions (WI).
Ensure accuracy, documentation, and compliance with internal testing standards.

Automation Engineer (English Speaker)
Key Responsibilities :
Machine Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning machines, checking and repairing mechanisms, and ensuring all components are functioning correctly. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Zero & Gas Calibration: Execute precise zero calibration using normal air to set the base value of detectors. Conduct gas calibration using isobutylene to properly set the span for gas detectors and other sensing equipment.
System Calibration & Parameter Management: Perform critical calibrations, including adjusting the head and body thickness of components and calibrating CCD sensors for accurate length and width measurements.
Model & Parameter Changes: Efficiently change machine models and update parameters for various battery pack sizes to ensure smooth and accurate production transitions between different products.
Troubleshooting: Systematically troubleshoot machine faults and performance issues, applying your knowledge of automation systems to find root causes and implement lasting solutions.
Documentation: Accurately document all maintenance, calibration, and repair activities in a PM report or digital system.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Experience in industrial automation is a plus.
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to speak English
