1. PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

Male
Minimum Age 33 Years Old
Education Min D3 Civil Engineering
Min 5 Years Experience in The Same Field
Capabilities Ms. Office and Autocad
Good Communication and Leadership

Job Description :

Leading and directing contractors and sub-contractors during the construction process
Synchronizing work drawings, construction methods and schedules according to the master schedule
Make work plans and detailed work targets according to department work plans
Managing human resources construction, quality control, time and costs
Report activities and work progress to superiors on a periodic basis
Carry out the function of control over risks and opportunities in the management of construction work sites
Carry out occupational health and safety (K3) and environmental controls
Have competences and experiences as a project supervisor in a well-known developer
Mastering supervision techniques, computer skills, thorough, firm and with high integrity

2. SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications :

Female/Male (Age 23-30 years)
Education Min. S1 any major
Experience in sales or marketing is an advantages
Ready to work under pressure and targets
Has a wide network
Able to work in a team and independently
Have good communication and persuasive Cikande Placement

Job Description :

Responsible for sales & sales targets
Able to analyze sales area and area development
Conduct face-to-face meetings or online presentations for the sales process
Prepare invoice documents, contracts to proposals
Responsible for maintaining good relationship with customers
Provide a simulation of calculation costs that must be incurred and explained benefits.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SECTION/DEPARTMENT HEAD

Qualifications:

Female/Male
30-37 years of age
Have at least 5 years experience in the same field
Good communication skill
Have a leadership spirit
Ready to work under pressure and targets
Have a good networking

Job Description :

Have broad insight and will be able to create business development strategies
Looking for some new customer opportunities and maintaining relationships between customers or clients
Developing and presenting the company’s business development plan
Knows and understand about company’s products, competitors and business position in the market
Able to analyze and present monthly sales developments, related to investor data, client data, and data from competitors
Work closely with the sales department to get prospective clients or new customers

Have Experience Min.10 years as marketing & sales in industrial area or 5 years as senior manager in industrial area

Job Desc:

Responsible for achieving sales targets accordance with the sales plan
Planning, coordinating and executing work plans and sales budgets
Able to coordinate, supervise, and analyze the activities carried out by the sales & marketing team make plans about several sales strategies, especially for the medium and long term.

JOB DESC :

Obtaining orders for Hazardous Medical Waste Treatment Plants (according to the target),
Make sales reports
Carry out activities based on sales evaluation results
Teamwork and Persistence would be an advantage
