Perusahaan didirikan pada tahun 1996 dengan nama PT. Modern Persada Kreasi, sesuai dengan akta No. 236 tanggal 25 Oktober 1996, Pada tanggal 19 April 2013, Perusahaan merubah lagi menjadi PT Modern Industrial Estat berdasarkan Akta Berita Acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham No. 29 yang dibuat di hadapan Ny. Sastriany Josoprawiro, SH. Notaris di Jakarta.
Perusahaan bergerak di bidang pengembangan kawasan industri (industrial estate). Ijin-ijin yang diperoleh pada tahun 2005 dan 2012. Lokasi kawasan industri yang akan dibangun terletak pada satu hamparan dengan Kawasan Industri ModernCikande dan di bagian belakang kawasan, sehingga pembangunannya dilakukan pada saat pengembangan kawasan ModernCikande telah mencapai lokasi lahan perusahaan, yaitu pada tahun 2008.
Mengingat lokasi lahan terletak pada satu hamparan, maka pengembangan kawasan industri dilakukan terpadu dan menjadi satu kesatuan dengan pengembangan kawasan industri ModernCikande sebelumnya. Kawasan Industri ModernCikande merupakan kawasan industri yang terbesar di wilayah Banten dan dilengkapi infrastruktur yang lengkap dengan total luas lahan 2.175 Ha.

Job Description :
Leading and directing contractors and sub-contractors during the construction process
Synchronizing work drawings, construction methods and schedules according to the master schedule
Make work plans and detailed work targets according to department work plans
Managing human resources construction, quality control, time and costs
Report activities and work progress to superiors on a periodic basis
Carry out the function of control over risks and opportunities in the management of construction work sites
Carry out occupational health and safety (K3) and environmental controls
Have competences and experiences as a project supervisor in a well-known developer
