Berdiri pada tahun 2012, PT Kanemory Food Service merupakan joint venture antara Kanematsu Corporation dan Cimory Group, yang memusatkan bisnis pada dapur sentral. Pabrik pertama kami ada di Cikupa, di gedung yang sama dengan Macroprima Panganutama (salah satu perusahaan utama Cimory Group di Indonesia). Tahun 2015, seluruh bagian perusahaan berpindah secara permanen di Cikande Modern Industrial Estate, Serang. Tidak lama setelahnya, kami membuka Kanemory Food Service secara resmi pada 15 April 2015.

GMP PATROL
Responsibilities :
GMP Daily patrol all plant areas
Ensure that safe working practices and procedures are implemented
Report & Monitoring GMP findings to all departments
Coaching and counselling employees with disruptive behaviour in GMP procedures
Qualifications :
Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology and Nutrition

Responsibilities :
Analyzes seasoning material, raw material, intermediates, and finished product samples according to established standard operating procedure.
Check and prepared all seasoning materials needed in products
Assist in the running & maintenance of quality & food safety systems (HACCP, GMP & SSOP & other requirement from customers) & its documentation
Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner and complete all system work
Qualifications :
Male with height minimum 165 cm and not wearing any glasses
Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology and Nutrition

Brief crew members about daily tasks

Perform inspections to ensure that the crew’s performance is up to the set standards
Make daily work reports
Qualifications :
Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D3) degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering
Having an experience min 1 year as a team leader in a food industry
Having good knowledge in GMP, Food safety, HACCP
Able to operate and maintain machinery
