Sejak saat itu, Lamipak telah berkembang selama dekade terakhir untuk menjadi salah satu pemimpin dalam menyediakan solusi pengemasan aseptik di mana produk dan layanannya digunakan di lebih dari 50 negara berbeda di seluruh dunia. Hingga saat ini, output volumenya hampir tiga kali lipat dalam waktu 5 tahun.
Saat ini PT Lami Packaging Indonesia sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi sebagai berikut :
Firefighting & CCTV Engineer
Firefighting & CCTV Engineer responsible for developing and training firefighting teams, identifying fire risk & hazard, evaluating & establishing fire protection measures are ready, as well as ensuring CCTV system as a facility security & monitoring tool are running normally.
Main Responsibilities:
Set up, develop and execute related EHS Management System; ISO14001, ISO45001, SMK3.
Ensuring the company complies with government regulations related EHS.
Establish and develop firefighting team and ensure compliance training as required by regulation.
Identify safe location for emergency evacuation route, signage and conduct regular emergency drill.
Establish, develop, and update emergency response procedure based on requirement.
Maintain good relationship with local fire brigade team in order to ensure reliability and support during emergency.
Conduct internal Fire safety audit, inspection to ensure fire equipment facilities inspected and tested.
Controlling CCTV monitoring to identify possible any risk hazard and fire-related risk.
Maintaining CCTV system, analyzing and reporting CCTV data.
Conduct and assist EHS audit based on ISO requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health / Fire Safety.
Have AK3 Kebakaran, AK3 Umum, ISO14001, SMK3, Auditor Certification.
Experience in developing Firefighting team, procedural system, and deliver training.
Able to coordinate fire safety system inspection, and ensure fire protection system inspected.
Proactive and initiative, good interpersonal skill and sense of planning.
Deep understanding of EHS Management System, government/local regulation.
Understanding EHS reporting and improvement plan.
Good communication in English.
Cost Control Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Contrive the operation capacity expense, cost based on company forecast
extensive knowledge of production cost, cost logic of finance
Analyze operational processes to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize production costs.
Propose and implement activities to reduce costs and minimize wastage.
Monitor and analyze productivity data to track performance against targets.
Prepare and present regular cost analysis reports to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost control.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control and efficiency optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in cost control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and cost management tools.
Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering method, and SAP system is preferable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and cost drivers is a plus.
Slitting Process Engineer
Job Description:
Establish production process standards for each process step and all the products within Slitting, doctoring and packing cell.
Define and establish process parameters, equipment parameters and operation methods, including the development of relevant documents to support the process operations.
Support the production process in the development and training of production operators.
Support the project engineers in the development and improvement of production processes.
Participate in the research and development of new products and the establishment of new process standards
Collaborate with Quality in the definition, monitoring and improvement of Quality Control Points
Participate in the root cause analysis of customer complaints and follow up the implementation of actions related to process engineering.
Participate actively in improvement teams and promotion of continuous improvement activities.
Participate in other tasks assigned by direct supervisor, on time with good quality and results.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Metal / Mechanical engineering, or equivalent Degree in related field.
Have work experience in similar industries (Packaging) and have a certain understanding of cutting equipment;
Have minimum 6 years of experience in slitting process within aseptic packaging manufacturingHave a certain ability to handle exceptions and be able to withstand certain pressures.
Experience using high speed slitting machine (1200 M/minutes) wide band. Experience with IMS (AZ7-and T2D) machines will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of inspection machines. Experience with Zeugma or IMS machines will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of packing line equipment such as : conveyor lines, plastic shrinkage oven, Palletizing crane , stretch film applicator, etc
Good knowledge of Lean six sigma, TPM, l<aizen, WCM, or any continuous improvement methodology
Good English communication skill
