Pabrik pertama Hon Chuan Indonesia berlokasi di Karawang, dibangun dengan skema in-house di mana Hon Chuan Indonesia bertanggung jawab menyediakan kemasan plastik, sedangkan PT. ABC President Indonesia menangani proses pengisian.
Di pabrik Cikarang ini, Hon Chuan Indonesia memproduksi produk-produk kemasan seperti Label, Botol Pet, hingga tutup plastik untuk memenuhi permintaan bisnis di pasar. Dengan kesuksesan yang luar biasa, Hon Chuan Indonesia terus berupaya memperluas jaringan bisnisnya dan membangun 3 pabrik baru yang berlokasi di Surabaya, Manado, dan Cibitung. MT Maintenance Sparepart
Responsibilities :
Manage data related to spare part inventory, incoming and outgoing parts, spare part repairs, as well as requests and procurement.
Responsible for inspecting spare parts, ensuring their condition is maintained, and implementing strategies to ensure spare parts remain in good condition and available when needed.
Requirements :
Understand the basic principles of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), 5R/5S, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
Having good skill of negotiation, control stock & Microsoft Excel.
Innovative, responsible, and able to work in a team or individually.
Willing to work in shifts and overtime if necessary.
Understanding Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.
Communicative, hardworking, disciplined, ready to work under pressure and able to work in a team

MT Electrical Mechanical
Responsibilities :
Control the plant’s demand for auxiliary production utilities including water treatment, treatment, wastewater compressed air, chiller, cooling water, and chemical dilution facilities to ensure the continuity of production
Manage utility process equipment or machineries to be in a good condition
Organize the identification & troubleshooting of current failures and repairs in the plant.
Accustomed to making preventive and maintenance schedules for machines and managing manpower
Requirements :
Minimum 1 years in machine maintenance, especially in the Beverage industry.
Welding, grinding, and various other mechanical work.
Understand the basic principles of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), 5R/5S, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
Have good eyesight and are not afraid of working at heights
Communicative, hardworking, disciplined, Innovative, responsible, and able to work in a team or individually.
Understanding Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.

QC Team Leader
Responsibilities :
Ensure quality of incoming material, product during production process, and finish good in accordance with standards on Quality Plan
Monitor and manage the work of QC leader and QC staff
Assessment the work of all QC member (QC leader, QC staff and QC inspector)
Requirements :
Bachelor from technical educational background
Having experience in same position at least 3-5 years
Preferable candidate with working experience in beverage packaging company
Having knowledge about FSSC and GMP is more preferable
Good in English communication both active and passive
Knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements relevant to food safety and quality system (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
Willing to be place in Pandeglang, Banten
Production Leader
Responsibilities :
Prepare daily production st reports, balance stock target data, and other related documentation.
Responsible for analyzing products, improving production efficiency, and ensuring process quality.
Responsible for supervising, reviewing work results, and maintaining a conducive work environment in the production department.
Responsible for the entire production process, machine conditions, production performance, problem-solving, complaints, and the use and maintenance of all machines.
Requirements :
Fresh Graduate or having 1-2 year of working experience in food and beverage manufacturing (Mixing, Filling and OEM Beverage)
Understanding Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) and ISO 9001
Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement
Have a strong desire to learn and uphold high loyalty to work in a long term
Hard worker and have a good attitude
Good communication and good player on individual or team both written & speaking in English

Documen Control Staff
Responsibilities :
Control the plant’s demand for auxiliary production utilities including water treatment, wastewater treatment, comp.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, industrial engineering, chemical, or equivalent.
Have at least 2 year experience as QA and or document controller.
Have good understanding Of document management, quality assurance system related to GMP, HACCP, Halal, ISO quality and safety, and relevant system.
Able to perform internal and external audit.
Have experience in water product (AMDK) is advantage.

Warehouse Leader
Production Assistant
Responsibilities :
Record and update daily production reportset into ERP systems.
Monitor material usage, output, downtime and ensuring data accuracy
Provide clerical support for audits, inspections, or project documentation.
Create and propose purchase requisition (ERP & BPM) then deliver PO to supplier
Create voucher payment, processing approval, and submit to finance, then Maintain payment progress
Documentation and record petty cash purchase, then Update progress also usage of petty cash purchase to Manager
Implement policies in accordance with the company’s Food Safety Management System, FSSC 22000, effectively and consistently
Requirements :
Male or Female.
Graduated from S1 Minimum Major Industrial Engineering, Statistic or Management.
Experience Minimum 1 Year in Production Admin or Data Analyst or Production Control.
Familiar with SAP, ERP, and MS Office Excel
Strong decision-making, good data analytical, and good negotiation skill.
