Polymer Static Inspector
Job Description :
Execute PM inspection program with most effective NDT technique, refer to API standard, such as CUI inspection, RBI inspection, Visual inspection, Cathodic inspection, etc. For static equipment and piping by strictly follow own procedure and check sheet.
Support maintenance CM activities to assure craftsmanship quality using most effective NDT technique.
Create draft inspection report for PM/CM activities including: inspection finding, measurement result with data trending, abnormality and recommendation.
Prepare and manage daily working permit including related equipment for self or third-party under his responsibility to comply with HSE working permit regulations
Supervise third-party contractor work on PM/CM activities or project based activates (TAM/SD).
Ensure quality and qualification of welder who will carry out maintenance work, such as fabrication, construction and CM.
Real commitment and participation towards HSE Management within the company (BBS card, PAUSE, weekly safety mass, daily safety contact, weekly safety talk).
Submit individual daily inspection report and update progress status through e-mail every day including during extendend work
Manage utilization of NDT tool owned by his department for the proper use and reading accuracy.
Confirm in SAP (CNF) for completed PM/CM activities and report to superior.
Join review of own procedures, work instructions, check sheets, Johan, Aspec Impact to comply with company latest regulation.
Job Qualification :
Having education background from D3 Mechanical Engineering
Having good knowledge of static equipment such as tower, vessel, heat exchanger, piping and including with the commom failure mode
Knowledge in equipment failure root cause analysis CAPA, safety standard, API, NACE, ASME standard related to static equipment inspection and repairman
Able to preparing and conduct equipment inspection report
Computer skill : MS Office, MS Visio drawing, SAP (maintenance processing module)
Able to work at elevated condition (above 50 meters), CSE and no color blindness
Digital Technology Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Implement, develop, manage, maintain manufacturing digital transformation system
Implement manufacturing digital transformation system regarding automation, optimization, reliability, other
Manage project with expected requirement deliverable
Continuously maintain established system on hardware, software, infrastructure as well
Initiate to improve and develop existing system to fulfill user needs
To accelerate implementation manufacturing digital transformation system in order to support manufacturing operating achievement.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering, IT or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related field
Has experience and good skill on Alarm Management System at DCS
Has experience and good skill on Advanced Process Control
Has capability to build process simulation model
Fluent in English written and spoken
Good communication skill as well as collaboration with cross function team.
Good interpersonal skill, having growth mindset and eager to learn something new
Instrument Technician
Job Requirements:
Diploma
Degree (D3) majoring in instrumentation / physics engineering from reputable universities
Highly motivated and eager to learn
Service oriented
0-2 years of similar working experience
Good skill at operating MS Office
Team-work oriented
Willing to work at our plant site (Cilegon – Banten)
Job Descriptions :
Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to Instrument Equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any electrical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.
Implement the Instruments field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.
Check and identify Instrument equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
