ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) dibentuk pada tanggal 1 Januari 1999. ACE merupakan organisasi antar-pemerintah independen yang bernaung dalam ASEAN dan mewakili kepentingan tiap Negara Anggota ASEAN pada sektor energi.
The ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) Internship Programme is an unpaid internship programme that offers a small number of outstanding students the opportunity to acquire work experience with ACE at the ASEAN level, in implementing the ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) 2016-2025.
The purpose of the internship programme is to provide a framework through which master and/or bachelor students from diverse academic backgrounds may enhance their educational experience with practical work assignments at ACE. It allows selected candidates to gain insight into and on-the-job training of ACE’s work in ASEAN’s energy sector.
Lowongan Internship ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE)
1. Consultant – ASEAN Project on Sustainable Building and Cooling Roadmap
Requirements
- The Consultant should have at least 10 years of work experience on conducting EE study, facilitation, workshops, conducting trainings esp. on EE for sustainable building and cooling system and energy related in ASEAN.
- Knowledgeable on energy issues, global and regional energy trends and developments and has demonstrated skills to coordinate and implement EE projects and programmes.
- Experience on developing EE roadmap especially relevant to building and cooling system.
- Excellent command of English and capacity in writing high quality reports and presentations.
- Work experience at ASEAN level
- Experience in international presentations and projects
2. ACE Virtual Internship Programme:
a. ASEAN Climate Change and Energy Project (ACCEPT)
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related degree (at least in the third year of study) or graduated with a university degree but must commence the internship within 6 months period after graduation.
- Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Any other computer or related software skill is a plus.
- Professional work experience is not required, however, any exposure or involvement in energy-climate programme is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn about energy and climate change.
- Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an diverse working environment.
- Maintain good English writing and language skills.
- Have good academic performance as demonstrated by recent university records.
b. ASEAN German Energy Programme (AGEP)
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related degree (at least in the third year of study) or graduated with a university degree but must commence the internship within 6 months period after graduation.
- Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Any other computer or related software skill is a plus.
- Professional work experience is not required, however, any exposure or involvement in any work or project on renewable energy is a plus.
- Possess attention to detail, strong willingness to learn about energy
- Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an international working environment.
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills (English).
- Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university records.
c. Graphic Design
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, graphic design, or related degree (at least in the third year of study), or graduated with a university degree but must commence the internship within a 6-months period after graduation.
- Adequate skills in Adobe Creative Master Collection (Adobe photoshop, illustrator, in-design, premierre, after effect). And any other software designs such as lightroom, corel draw, and canva.
- Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional work experience is not required, however, any exposure or involvement in any work or project on design process is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an international working environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills (English).
- Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university records.
d. Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in information technology engineering, computer science, or related degree (at least in the third year of study), or graduated with a university degree but must commence the internship within a 6-month period after graduation.
- Knowledge in ICT infrastructure including server, Google Cloud Platform, virtual machines, Linux operating system, firewall, and other security.
- Adequate skills in web programming languages: HTML, CSS, PHP.
- Knowledge in WordPress, OctoberCMS, or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Adequate skills in database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional work experience is not required, however, any exposure or involvement in any work or project on ICT is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an international working environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills (English).
- Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university records.
e. Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (REE)
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree (at least in the third year of study) or graduated with a university degree but must be commenced the internship within six (6) months after graduation.
- Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Any other computer or related software skill is a plus.
- No work experience is required. However, exposure or participation in jobs or projects in the field of energy efficiency is beneficial
- Possess attention to detail, strong willingness to learn about energy
- Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an international working environment.
- Maintain excellent writing and language skills (English).
- Have excellent academic performance, as demonstrated by recent university records.
