Job Responsibilities
• Manage employee administration, including attendance records, employment contracts, employee database, and other related documentation
• Maintain and update personnel files and employee records accurately and confidentially
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal HR activities
• Demonstrate leadership capability by leading and motivating team members/operators, managing performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective communication and continuous team development
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in Personalia / HR Administration, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills
