ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) dibentuk pada tanggal 1 Januari 1999. ACE merupakan organisasi antar-pemerintah independen yang bernaung dalam ASEAN dan mewakili kepentingan tiap Negara Anggota ASEAN pada sektor energi.

1. Energy Modelling & Policy Planning (MPP) Intern

Qualifications :

Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, engineering, statistics, international relations, law, or other related degrees.
Fresh graduates are preferred, but they must commence the internship within six (6) months after graduation.
Knowledge of energy policy, data analysis, and/or modeling is preferred.
Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Any other software skills, especially in data analysis, visualisation, and programming, are a plus.
Professional work experience is not required. However, any exposure or involvement in the energy sector and/or ASEAN is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn about the energy sector.
Ability to work in a team and to adapt to a diverse working environment.
Maintain good English writing and language skills.
Have good academic performance, as demonstrated by recent university records.

2. Energy Efficiency & Conservation (CEE) Intern

Qualifications :

Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, engineering, or other related degrees.
Fresh graduates are preferred, but they must commence the internship within six (6) months after graduation.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and conservation policy and technology is preferred.
Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Any other software skills are a plus.
Professional work experience is not required. However, any exposure or involvement in the energy sector and/or ASEAN is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn about the energy sector, especially in the scope of energy efficiency and conservation.
Ability to work in a team and to adapt to a diverse working environment.
Maintain good English writing and language skills.

3. Finance Process Improvement Intern

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness tolearn specialised tools such as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to take initiative under supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to adapt in new environments.

4. Human Resources (HR) Intern

Recruitment:

Assist HR Team in the recruitment processes for staff, consultants or interns and ensure quality people are recruited in accordance with our Key Performance Indicators and policy on gender and diversity. This includes revision of job descriptions, Terms of References, arranging and preparing interview panels and documents for internal approvals.

HR Administration:

Maintain, file and archive personnel records for staff, consultants and interns.
Assist on-boarding and exit process with staff.
Assist all staff and provide advice about all HR and administrative concerns.

Other general responsibilities:

Provide Human Resources advice to all staff, if needed.
Assist in admin matters as requested.
Other tasks as assigned by the HR Team.
Ensure confidentiality is maintained strictly at all times.

Qualifications:

University Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, International Relations, Administration or Public Administration or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome. Having internship experience with International organisation is an advantage.
Advanced computer skills (Windows, word processing, spreadsheets)
Able to work independently and as part of the team
Exceptional organisational ability with an eye for detail
Documentation preparation / presentation and computer-based production skills
Sensitive to cultural and regional issues
Have excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university records.
Fluently spoken and written English

5. Business Development Unit (BDU) Intern

Qualifications :

Enrolled in a bachelor’s in business management, economics, energy management, energy policy and planning, and/or other appropriate specialist discipline.
Fresh graduates are preferred, but they must commence the internship within six (6) months after graduation.
Demonstrated ability to develop business plans and project proposals.
Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Any other software skills are a plus.
Professional work experience is not required. However, any exposure or involvement in the energy sector and/or ASEAN is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn about the energy sector in ASEAN and beyond.
Ability to work in a team and to adapt to a diverse working environment.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Have good academic and non-academic performance.
