Ensuring all the Retail business operational ( Expansion, operational, Data, Admin, Promotion, strategy execution , etc ) run wellEnsure all Xiaomi SOP well execute in Xiaomi Shop and Xiaomi StoreCollaborate with other department Such as ( but not limited to ) : Retail, Trainer, Marketing, Sales management, Distributor teams.Tracking all POSM Material, include Gimmick, Gifts and others Promo Material, Promotion performanceManage all Team below under his/her subordinate : Expansion, Operational, Sales Force.
