CEO Office
Description
Lead or support the CEO and relevant stakeholders in solving high-priority business issues, e.g. growth strategy, operational improvements, competitive landscape, etc.
Track the business performance of the business units, identify issues and provide recommendation on how to improve
Act as a PMO for strategic, high-impact projects – – working with cross-department or cross-Business Units to make sure that projects are on track and deliver the expected impact
Manage the communications and cadence between business units, CEO and shareholders
Manage, coach and up-skill junior team members.
Qualification
Graduated from a top university
6+ years of relevant working experience, with 3-4 years of working experience in management consulting
Experience in Financial Services, Investment or Technology industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills – structure the problem, conduct analysis, synthesize insights and recommendations
Strong project management – able to lead, manage and execute multiple projects with multiple senior stakeholders
Excellent business writing and verbal communications skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English
Experience in leading, mentoring and up-skilling junior team members to ensure that the team play an important role in business’ operations
Ability to work independently with senior executives and across various functions.
