1. Production Supervisor – Fertilizer Business Unit
Role
This position will be responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly and
increase the production quantity with a predetermined quality. We are looking for the most
suitable candidates to work on:
Lead, manage, and control the tasks of each work function in fertilizer production
Handle the production process to run effectively and efficiently in accordance with
applicable procedures and regulations
Create and report daily production plans, processes and results
Achieve targets and increasing fertilizer production
Qualifications
At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in similar role
Having fertilizer production working experience is a plus
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Location: Sungai Baung, Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan

2. Operator Produksi – Fertilizer Business Unit
Operator produksi bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa kualitas dan kuantitas produksi sesuai dengan standar atau spesifikasi yang ditentukan perusahaan. Kami mencari:
Kandidat yang paling sesuai yang akan:
Mengoperasikan mesin produksi untuk mencapai target harian
Menjaga stabilitas, kebersihan, keamanan, dan kerapihan area kerja atau produksi
Kualifikasi
Open for Fresh Graduate
Diutamakan berasal dari jurusan Teknik Mesin, Elektro, Industri, dan Kimia
Memiliki pengalaman kerja dengan latar belakang pupuk adalah aset
Mempunyai kemampuan mengeoperasikan mesin las akan menjadi nilai tambah
Kemampuan nonteknis:
Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

3. GAD Supervisor – Fertilizer Business Unit
This position will be responsible for giving the the best services regarding to the employees and office needs . We are looking for the most suitable candidates to work on:
Controlling & Analyzing the needs of office and employees facilities
Creating work procedures for inspection and maintenance of facilities
Reporting asset and office expense for any budget needed
Handling complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of working experience in similar role
Having fertilizer background working experience is an asset
having an understanding of safety and accident prevention in the work environment and mess will be a high consideration
Fluent in English, both oral and written

4. MBOS Specialist – Tissue Business Unit
This position will be responsible for driving and maintaining the project for continuous improvement. Report directly to MBOS Manager. We are looking for the most suitable candidates to work on:
Running and maintaining projects with direct coordination by APP Sinarmas HQ
Managing activities for continuous improvement of tissue department employees
Qualifications:
At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in similar role
Having Six Sigma training certificate
