Inspect sites regularly to identify problemsPrepare maintenance schedules and allocate workEmploy, supervise and train workersOversee and ensure that all work is completed on timeMaintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storageComply with health and safety regulations and practicesConduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair workConduct safety inspections as scheduledEstablish strategies to meet workload demands on time
Qualifications :
Male, Single24-27 years oldVaccinated against Covid-19Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Mechanical EngineeringMinimum experience 1 year as maintenance supervisorExcellent in leadership and communication skillExcellent in speaking and writing EnglishGreat time management skillsHonest, responsible, attention to detailAble to work under pressureWilling to work in shiftsPlacement in Bandung
2. Production Engineer
Responsibilities :
Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient mannerLiaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor requiredDiagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and improvementsKeeping advancement in engineering and productionEstablishing safety procedures and protocolsDrawing up production schedules and budgets for projectsScheduling meetings with relevant departments

Responsibilities :
Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipmentCoordinates maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractorsEnsures that safety rules and procedures are followedPrepares Instrumentation and Control business plansDevelop, review, and revise standard operating proceduresCreates, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation
