PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) merupakan perusahaan “joint venture” yang didirikan oleh konsorsium tiga perusahaan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (J-Power), PT Adaro Power (Adaro Power), dan ITOCHU Corporation (ITOCHU). BPI mengembangkan, membangun dan mengoperasikan PLTU Batang 2 x 1,000 MW di Kabupaten Batang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memasok listrik ke PT PLN (Persero).
PLTU Batang merupakan proyek infrastruktur pertama di Indonesia yang dilaksanakan dalam skema Kerjasama Pemerintah-Swasta (“KPS”) dan juga dikategorikan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional. 1. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (CODE: HEOP)

Job Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment safely and report any issues to supervisors.
Conduct daily pre-operation checks following maintenance manuals and standards.
Complete checklists and daily operational reports.
Prepare and maintain documents and procedures for equipment operations.
Ensure smooth task handovers between shifts.
Assist the stacker-reclaimer operator in coal handling activities.
Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the plant during the shift.
Follow and comply with HSE Standards.
Perform additional tasks to support company objectives.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Minimum Senior Vocational School (SMK)
Preferably hold valid operator license (SIO) of heavy equipment such as wheel loader, bulldozer, excavator, and dumptruck.
Familiar with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Understand English both verbally and written skills.
Willing to respond to and perform emergency on-site assignments as needed.
Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
2. INSTRUMENT & CONTROL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (CODE: ICJT)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Carry out repairs, system modifications, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the I&C workshop, maintaining tools and equipment in ready-to-use condition.
Assist in managing and improving maintenance documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions.
Conduct inspections and ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards.
Support outage activities and continuous improvements to minimize operational disruptions.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support organizational objectives.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial Instrumentation and Control (I&C) maintenance. Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
Possess knowledge of automation and control systems, including the maintenance of Instrumentation and Control (I&C) equipment.
Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to respond to and perform emergency on-site assignments as needed.
Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
3. MECHANICAL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (CODE: MEJT)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Carry out repairs, system modifications, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. ELECTRICAL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (CODE: ELJT)

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems to ensure reliable and safe operation.
Troubleshoot, repair, and assist in modifications or upgrades to electrical equipment to improve performance and efficiency.
Maintain workshop tools, instruments, and equipment in proper working condition, ensuring readiness for daily tasks.
Assist in managing and improving maintenance documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions.
Conduct inspections and ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with HSE standards.

4. GA FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (CODE: GA-FMS)

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and execute maintenance schedule for company facility, including building and general facility, while ensuring the readiness for a safe and efficient work environment.
Ensure the implementation of workplace health and safety standards as per regulation and company policies.
Provide logistical support for employees from across functions and create plan to overcome challenges.
Manage the process of recording and reporting GA assets, ensuring that data updates are performed regularly to maintain an accurate and reliable recording system
Ensure all tasks follow and comply with HSE standards.
Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in related field from Reputable University, with minimum GPA is 3 of 4.0.
Preferably 5-7 years of experience in same field of GA or Facility Management or at least 3-5 years experience in managerial role, and preferably in the same industry.
Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to respond to and perform emergency on-site assignments as needed.
Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
