Operation Admin Officer

REQUIREMENT

Minimum education of D3 in Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Understanding of the basics of facility management and mall/building operations.
At least 1 year of work experience in building/mall/property operations.
Able to manage documents and operational administration well (BAST, SPK, BQ, invoices, and other related documents).
Able to operate Ms. Office such as Excel, Word.
Familiar with administrative systems and/or other operational applications (an added value).
Meticulous, neat, and have the ability to manage data.
Able to work with a team, communicative, and able to follow the coordination flow with various parties.
Willing to work in Mall of Serang.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Performing administrative functions at the mall level, assisting the Operations Team, especially in administrative matters.
Managing, compiling, and archiving various BAST Capex, Opex, SPK, and BQ documents.
Inputting and managing data in the system, both related to invoices and utility data (electricity, water, gas).
Collecting ESG reports and inputting ESG data entries into the system.
Performing administrative data entry into the system.
Performing and ensuring the completeness of vendor billing administration from the Purchasing team.
