We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the APP Group – Indah Kiat Serang (Serang, Banten area). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the packaging industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
(IKS) Technician Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on paper mill machinery (rollers, pumps, conveyors, dryers, etc.).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore equipment functionality.
Installation & Commissioning: Assist in installing new machinery, calibrating equipment, and ensuring proper alignment and operation.
Safety Compliance: Follow industry safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in the paper or pulp industry.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, lubrication systems, and mechanical alignment.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving ability, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, electrical technicians, and engineers to ensure seamless operations.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance machine reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications:
 At Least Diploma or degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Min. 3 Years Prior work in manufacturing or process industries, ideally pulp and paper or others related (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Knowledge of industrial safety standards and calibration procedures.
Willing to be placed at Serang Mill, Kragilan Serang – Banten
Key Responsibilities:
Handle devices measuring temperature, pressure, flow rate, and level.
Ensure continuous operation of electrical and electronic equipment.
Diagnose issues in PLCs, DCS, and computerized systems.
Verify accuracy of readings and adjust instruments as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance, schedule inspections to reduce downtime.
Keep records of calibrations, repairs, and upgrades.
Ensure instruments meet industry safety standards.
