PT Amazon Colours Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan dari Amazon Colours Co., Ltd. yang berbasis di Thailand dan bergerak di bidang produksi pewarna serta dispersi pigmen untuk industri cat dekoratif. Sejak mendirikan pabrik di Kawasan Industri Jatake, Tangerang pada Mei 2017, perusahaan ini terus berkembang, termasuk memperluas fasilitas pabrik, laboratorium teknis, dan gedung kantor pada Oktober 2018. Dengan tenaga kerja lokal yang terampil, sistem pengendalian kualitas ketat, dan laboratorium warna canggih, PT Amazon Colours Indonesia mampu menyusun database warna eksklusif untuk mendukung sistem cat pelanggan. Pada November 2017, perusahaan ini meraih penghargaan Best Quality Vendor dari PT Avia Avian, salah satu produsen cat terbesar di Indonesia. QHSE OFFICER
PRIMARY JOB :
Assist to identify Environmental Aspect, Safety Hazards, Risks and Impacts (HIRA) as well as their significance.
Planning and assisting in organizing HSE activities in collaboration with QHSE department and OM department.
Periodic inspection of condition and utilization of specific safety equipment (PPE, Fire Fighting equipment, First aid equipment)
Safety (management) training to Employees,
Safety and emergency drill exercises.
Evaluate compliance status with applicable laws and other regulations.
Identify compliance issues regarding current legal Environmental and OHS requirements and other industry standards, report and suggest ways to comply.
Evaluate compliance with legal and other requirements that are directly applicable to environmental aspects and impacts, OHS of the facility’s activities and operations, report compliance issues and suggest ways to comply.
Announce all changing or newly introduced Environmental and Safety legal/requirements to teams as per procedures.
Complete tasks and regularly monitor performance, including ensuring that management of the environmental, OHS meets the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Support evaluation/advise on Environmental and OHS legally required reports to be submitted.
Report the Environmental and OHS to government as legal requirements.
Internal auditing of Environmental and OHS with the Internal Audit Team.
Act as Secretary to the Safety Committee, plan and participate in periodic safety meetings, submit minutes and periodic reports as per legal requirement and ensure distribution within safety committee and QHSE department of these meetings for formal record.
Act as Safety Professional to the Safety Committee, providing input on OH&S matters/regulations to the Safety Committee that require attention/decisive action from the organization.
Provide annual summary report regarding Safety Committee activities and findings as input to annual Management Review.
Prepare, maintain and develop the Safety documentation by following the QMS documentation.
Training in concern Environmental and Safety requirement to outsource and contractor.
Assist and advise to research the information/activities/improvement area/any providing necessary for applying for the ISO 45001.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
Minimum education: Diploma degree or similar, Bachelor degree is more preferred
At least 2 years of work experience as a Safety Officer (staff level)
Safety Officer License (AK3U) certified by Kemnaker
Good knowledge and experience in ISO 45001:2018/SMK3 and ISO 14001:2015
Have an auditor certificate for ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015
Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage
Experienced in implementing the corrective action program
Have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
Able to perform Risk Assessment & Risk Evaluation and improvement
Able to problems analysis, problem solving, planning, organizing and making decisions
Must be able to work in team
Have excellent communication in English (Spoken & Written)
Must have computer skills
Must have good presentation skill
Experience in the paint or chemical industry is preferred
