PT CT Advance Technology is opening an opportunity for professional talents to join our team as Production Staff.
Main Responsibilities:
Collect and compile production reports from the plant.
Record and monitor daily OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and prepare monthly production reports.
Manage consumable items (insert, saw blade, chemicals, etc.) to ensure production targets are achieved.
Propose material purchases for production needs.
Support the Production Supervisor in preparing the weekly production schedule.
Ensure consistent implementation of 5S/5R in the workplace.
Support the implementation of QMS, EMS, and OH&SMS systems.
Qualifications & Preferred Certifications, Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an production or related role in the manufacturing field is preferred, specifically in the manufacturing and oil & gas industries.
Strong administrative, data management, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team.
