Posisi:
Mandarin – English – Indonesian Translator
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional translator/interpreter in construction or a related field
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian (spoken and written)
Minimum education: High school graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, English, or Linguistics is preferred)
Familiarity with construction or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) terminology is an advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and translation tools
Detail-oriented, responsible, ethical, and able to work independently or in teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time oral interpretation in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian during meetings, site visits, and daily operations
Translate technical and non-technical documents (e.g., contracts, manuals, reports, formal letters, presentations) across the three languages
Ensure accuracy in meaning, terminology, style, and context in all translations
Act as a communication bridge between multilingual teams to prevent miscommunication and delays
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support seamless project execution
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all language services
