1. Marketing & Proposal Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and control electrical and instrumentation engineerin tasks—including surveys, design/drawings, cost estimationqHPS/OE), scheduling, and tender documentation to ensure effective and efficient project execution.
Develop and review engineering estimates (EE) for mechanical and civil infrastructure installations to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Oversee quality control for maintenance works on mechanical and infrastructure systems, and recommend corrective actions for any non- conformities.
Monitor implementation of corrective measures to ensure timely completion according to project targets.
Coordinate and track usage of spare parts and consumable materials to ensure cost-effective utilization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in engineering design, cost estimation, and tender preparation, preferably in the electrical services industry.

2. Renewable Energy Business Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Renewable Energy (RE), including plant development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and evaluations for RE projects and business collaborations to support company objectives.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for RE products, including branding, digital marketing tools, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate customer visits, maintain client relationships, and manage sales pipelines to achieve targeted revenue.
Prepare business development reports, proposals, and budget plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with KPIs.
Requirements:

3. Transformers Motor Solution Services Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure that transformer and electric motor repair, maintenance, and testing processes comply with established quality standards and industry regulations.
Conduct inspections at all stages of repair or production to verify technical compliance and identify non-conformities.
Prepare periodic quality control reports, including findings and corrective actions taken.
Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions during maintenance or testing to ensure operational success.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or related field.

4. EPC Services Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and control construction service activities—including scheduling, manpower, and technical equipment—to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service outcomes.
Manage procurement documentation and processes for goods and services to support effective and efficient project execution.
Oversee maintenance and readiness of construction service equipment to ensure availability when required.
Develop, implement, and improve systems, procedures, and work instructions for continuous service performance enhancement.
Organize and supervise workforce deployment to align competencies with project requirements and targets.
Requirements:

5. Electrical Auxiliary Solution Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and analyze maintenance and repair activities on auxiliary systems supporting electrical transmission and distribution networks to ensure system reliability.
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot auxiliary installations such as lighting, fans, spray water systems, sump pumps, batteries and rectifiers, grounding, lightning protection, fire alarms, control voltage systems, HVAC, water installations, and other substation facilities.
Monitor and control the usage of spare parts and consumable materials to ensure cost-effective operations.
Assist in overhauls and major maintenance activities according to the scheduled plan.
Support planned repairs and modifications from the Engineering
Department, and prepare incident or emergency reports for supervisor review.
