HSE Officer
Kriteria:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in the oil & gas industry
Certified in K3 Migas Cepu
Skilled in HSE reporting and familiar with relevant procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, etc)
Able to work well both independently and within a team
Responsibilities
Conduct safety inductions, inspections, and emergency simulations
Prepare and submit daily HSE reports
Execute and monitor the implementation of monthly HSE programs
Foster a proactive safety culture through awareness and continuous supervision
Identify potential hazards and support preventive action planning
