PT Navitasys Technology Indonesia is currently looking for Product Quality Management. These are the requirements:
Perform quality inspections, measurements, and tests to ensure products meet predefined standards.
Analyze defects, track issues, and utilize quality inspection tools effectively.
Apply Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, FMEA, control charts) to reduce defects and process variations.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and fault tree analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
Perform quality audits to assess compliance with industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with customers to address quality concerns.
Electrical & Automation Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with PLC (Ex: Beckhoff, Omron).
Comfortable performing technician tasks, including mechanical and electrical support on-site.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Confident in speaking English is a must.
Facility Engineer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Max 2 years of relevant experience in facility engineering or plant maintenance.
Proven hands-on experience with utility and mechanical systems listed above.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and electrical distribution.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical and mechanical).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Confident in speaking english is a must.
Material Control
Qualification:
Proficient in SAP – MM Module.
Strong understanding of procurement flow and business process flow.
Knowledge of MRP / PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
HR Generalist
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices.
Confident in speaking english is a must.

The range of salary for that position is max 9 million (gross). Also, the placement is in Cikande, Kab. Serang Banten.
