Warehouse Material & Shipping (Senior Staff)
About the role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Material & Warehouse Shipping (Senior Staff) to join our dynamic team at our Group Company. As a full-time employee based in Kabupaten Tangerang Banten, you will play a crucial role in our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our inventory and logistics.
Job Description for Warehouse Material :
Receive and store raw materials from suppliers
Coordinate with QC for testing of incoming goods
Manage delivery of raw materials to production
Organize warehouse storage according to characteristic by considering K3 or safety aspects
Perform weekly raw material stock checks
Verify documents such as packing lists and delivery orders
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Warehouse Management
Minimum 5 years in warehouse material handling
Inbound/outbound processes, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, delivery planning
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English proficiency (written and oral)
High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in manufacturers preferred
Offline interview and work location would be conducted in Kabupaten Tangerang
Job Description for Warehouse Shipping :
Receive, check, store, and ship goods

Assist stock in monthly and semi-annual stocktaking with accounting
Inbound/outbound processes, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, delivery planning
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Warehouse Management
Minimum 5 years in warehouse shipping
Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English proficiency (written and oral)
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Experience in manufacturers preferred
Offline interview and work location would be conducted in Kabupaten Tangerang
