1. Trade Marketing Executive
Responsibilities :
Plan and control the activities related to promotional strategies for a specific outlet/ channel distribution, in order to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met. These responsibilities include: manage channel investment, develop channel activity, solve channel problem, implement activity plan, evaluate activity implementation.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical), Business Studies /Administration
/Management, Economics or eguivalentFresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably candidates with 1 years experience in related fieldExcellent analytical skill presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and writtenEnglish and IndonesiaComputer literacy to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etcCreative and proactive.
2. Quality Assurance Executive
Responsibilities :
Control and monitor testing and inspection of material and products to ensure finished products gualityReview the implementation and efficiency of guality and inspection systemMaintain all specification documents and other support documents always up to dateMaintain all testing eguipmentsare controlled and adeguateSupervise and coordinate OA member and give training related to gualityCoordinate and conduct Zero Batch Production for new/improved product /material
Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringFresh graduate are welcome but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related fieldHave basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, GMP and GLPHave good analytical and problem solving skill, team player, good interpersonaland communication skillPassianate, honest and adaptiveComputer literate and good command in EnglishWilling to be placed in Karawang factory
3. Payroll & Benefit Executive
Responsibilities :
Control, check and make payroll report & fringe benefitResponsible for processing the monthty payroll and overtimeRunning and analyzing payroll reportsMaintaining and improving procedures.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human resources management, or related preferredPreferabiy with 2 years experiencesKnow about tax calculation and payroll software knowledge is an advantageAbility to work within a fast-paced, multi-tasking, always evolving environment while ensuring a high level detail and accuracyA good understanding of employmentEffective in both spoken and written EnglishCikarang Factory Based.
4. Area Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities :
Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / guarterly / monthly / weeklyLead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics Management, Marketing, Commerce or eguivalentFresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to applyHave pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
