Finance Staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / management / related field
Min. 1 year experience in finance or Fresh Graduate with intern experience are welcome
Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel Formulas
Familiar with financial reports
Experienced using financial software is a plus
Attention to details
Excellent in analytical skills and problem solving

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process financial transactions, such as payments, invoices, and bank reconciliation
Prepare financial statement, reports, and analyses, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Manage cash flow and track bank deposits
Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Assist with tax preparation and filling
Handle administrative task related to finance
