Have good teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Management, Psychology or equivalent
Proven experience in HR/manufacturing of at least 1-2 year

Understand Labor laws very well
Has experience as an internal audit
Have good negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English
Familiar with Microsoft Operations System (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word)
