PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (TSE)
As the key member of the technical team, the candidate should have the following criteria:
Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.0 (scale 4.0).
Working experience 3 years in petrochemical/plastic Industry in TS/PD/QC. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply but experience in Polymer would be advantages.
Has knowledge, skill, & experience in Plastic technology is preferred.
Smart, confidence, and able to convey positive image of the company.
Persuasive has good negotiation & excellent presentation skill, strong analytical thinking, and problem solving.
Good communication in English & Bahasa (written and spoken).
Willing to learn & work hard independently as well as in a team.
Has no color blind.
Willing to be placed in Merak – Banten and travelling to customers (50%).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide advice to customers on grade selection, use and processing of LOTTE CHEMICALS TITAN Products.
To conduct customer trial and raise report.
Set up and monitor sample delivery system and raise report.
Provide assistance to customers to help resolve processing of finished product problems and raise report.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances and raise report.
Identify customer and end-user requirements and recommend development of new or improved products.
To identify the market acceptance of our product including competitive situation compared to competitor products.
Take responsibility for selected aspects of the development of new or improved products through trial preparation, customer trial, and product monitoring.
Develop technical expertise in selected market segments.
Assist in the solution of product property problems or testing problem to Product Development, QC & Production team.
