Operator Forklift
Requirements:
Graduate from Senior High School or above
Minimum age 18 years old
Have SIO license (Surat Ijin Operasional) Forklift
Experience used Forklift Manual or Automatic (Fork and specially Claim)
Good and health physical condition
Willing to work in shifts, on weekends and holidays
Have experience working at warehouse
Job Description:
Operate Forklift Fork/Claim (Must have SIO) safely and according to Procedure – Manual Forklift or Automatic
Loading and Unloading Product from Warehouse to Container
Move and lift material/product from production area to warehouse of from warehouse to other warehouse
Identify damage and report deficiencies in transported
Preventive maintenance for Forklift (daily check condition forklift)
Communicated with other personnel at warehouse like Supervisor, Checker, Coordinator to ensure good product moving.
Maintain inventory record
