Synergy Engineering is looking for a dedicated HR Admin to join our team in BSD City, South Tangerang. As an HR Admin, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and maintaining a seamless workflow within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA), organize training sessions, and prepare training reports.
Calculate and monitor employee annual leave balances.
Create and update CVs for personnel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee files and documentation.
Assist in other HR-related duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
At least an SMU (High School) diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and well-organized.
Willing to be based at Synergy Engineering Office in BSD City, South Tangerang.
