PBESI merupakan salah satu organisasi esports di Indonesia yang diresmikan pada 18 Januari 2020. Ini menjadi momen yang bersejarah bagi esports Indonesia. Dengan adanya organisasi ini, seluruh elemen dalam ekosistem esports akan mendapat perhatian dan bisa menjadi lebih maju. Untuk periode 2020-2024, PBESI diketuai oleh Jenderal Pol. (P.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan S.H., M.Si.
Ada beberapa tim yang sudah ada seperti AeroWolf, AlterEGO, AURA, Bigetron, BOOM Esports, Dranix, EVOS Esports, Flash Wolves, Geek FAM, Onic Esports, The Pillars, Victim Esports, RRQ dan masih banyak lagi. Tim esports ini kini memiliki wadah untuk saling mendukung, meskipun dalam turnamen akan menjadi lawan.
Perkembangan teknologi mendorong sebuah ekosistem terus meningkat. Salah satu industri yang berhasil lahir dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi adalah olahraga dan ekosistem esports. Generasi muda yang memiliki semangat berpotensi untuk memungkinkan lahirnya atlet-atlet profesional di olahraga Esports. Mengembangkan dan mempromosikan ekosistem Esports yang stabil dan dapat membawa Indonesia menjadi pemimpin Esports di kawasan Asia.
1. IT Product Development
Responsibilities
Lead product goals and roadmap process
Drive product development process from understanding user needs, make sense of data, writing product story, collaborate with the designer and working day-by-day with engineering teams to ship the product
Define, track, and analyze key metrics to drive product growth
Gain an understanding of the unique challenges facing the esport industry
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Degree, ComputeScience/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent.

2. IT System Analyst
Job Description
Deploy and reporting technical IT
Documentation, configuration and modification web code using PHP, Flutter, VueJS
Development and deployment of IT Project / Application
Develop some application, both business and enterprise related application, inhouse and vendor after being analyzed during assessment process.
Provide tools to IT team to make efficient and effective at working environment in term of IT.
Provide and collected document of analyst, project management and development both inhouse or vendor.
Responsibility overall technical and operational doc of project.
Support IT Operational team especially and overall IT team in general in term of software / hardware delivery within IT products
to keep products / services availability referring to standard of SLA.
Help others IT team in term of IT

Job Description
Manages schedules and activities related to Testing projects.
Can coordinate with team and other divisions related projects
Prepare test plan based on the identified test requirements.
Map the identified business scenario with the requirement traceability matrix to check coverage.
Prepares for test execution, executes tests, analyzes tests, and tracks problem reports.
Responsible for the creation of Test Approach, Test Scenario design/development/review, workload characteristics
Script Development and Data Planning.
