PT Glico Wings adalah perusahaan ternama yang fokus bisnisnya di bidang produksi dan penjualan es krim dengan brand Glico Wings.
PT Glico Wings didirikan dengan kerjasama antara 2 perusahaan besar yaitu Ezaki Glico Co.ltd yang berpusat di Osaka Jepang dan Wings Group. Di Indonesia sendiri ada 2 anak perusahan Glico yaitu Glico Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta dan PT Glico Wings yang berlokasi di Karawang.

1. Production Team Leader
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical) or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of proven experience working or Internships (Fresh Graduate) within the similar industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Fast and decisive problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective solutions.
Willingness to work within a rotating 3-shift system.
Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat
2. Quality Assurance Team Leader
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Industrial Technology.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of QC 7 tools, pest control management, machine calibration, Halal certification, food safety, HACCP, 5R, and GMP.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willing to be placed in Karawang Barat
