Pada tahun 2017, PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk didirikan, dahulu bernama PT Black Diamond Borneo. Ditengah dorongan untuk secara konsisten mengembangkan dan memperluas ruang lingkup bisnisnya baik secara organik maupun melalui akuisisi untuk mencakup semua aspek layanan bagi konsumen.

Pada tahun 2021, kami memulai operasi penambangan melalui entitas anak perusahaan PT Dayak Membangun Pratama yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kurun, Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Kalimantan Tengah. Kami memiliki total area konsesi 4883,17 Ha dan saat ini, kami baru mengeksplorasi sekitar 1000 Ha.

Batubara yang kami produksi memiliki kandungan sulfur di bawah 1% dengan GAR (gross air-received) 5500 dan tingkat AFT (ash fusion temperature) yang tinggi, yang umumnya dapat digunakan oleh semua industri. Kami percaya bahwa kualitas produk kami dapat memenuhi tuntutan pasar domestik dan global.

1. Executive Assistant to BOD

What will you do?

Organizing Directors’ appointments, business trips, and other schedules.
Organizing Directors’ administrative needs.
Preparing and managing correspondences, reports, and documents needed.
Assist the Directors with any occasions (ex: meeting with clients, visiting exhibitions, business trips, etc.).
Handling confidential information, data, and documents. Ensure strict confidentiality in managing all activities.
Responsible for other secretarial matters, administrative-related matters, and also General Affairs matters.
Provide a well-organized MoM (Minutes of Meeting) and other documentation needed.
Liaise effectively with internal Divisions/Departments and external organizations as instructed by the Directors.

Qualifications :

Hold min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Financial Management or related fields from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
Proven working experience min. 2 years as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to BOD, preferably in the mining industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Able to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Communicative with strong multi-tasking and planning capabilities.
Responsible, honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and willing to learn new things.
Can join ASAP.
Willing to be placed at Head Office, Jakarta.

2. Secretary/Administrative Assistant

What will you do?

Organizing Director’s appointments, business trips, and other schedules.
Organizing Director’s administrative needs.
Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents needed, especially related to international correspondence.
Assist the Director with any occasions (ex: meetings with clients, visiting exhibitions, business trips, etc.).
Handling confidential information, data, and documents. Ensure strict confidentiality in managing all activities.
Responsible for other secretarial duties, administrative-related matters, and also General Affairs matters.
Provide a well-organized MoM (Minutes of Meeting) and other documentation needed.
Liaise effectively with internal Divisions/Departments and external organizations as instructed by the Director.
Other secretarial duties as instructed by the Directors.

Qualifications :

Hold Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Secretary/Business/Financial Management or related fields from reputable universities, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
Proven working experience min. 2 years as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to BOD, preferably in the mining/plantation/fishery industries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Communicative with strong multi-tasking and planning capabilities.
Responsible, honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and willing t learn new things.
Can join ASAP.
Willing to be placed at Head Office.
