PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.
Saat ini PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :
Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the electric equipment, analyzing their performance, operative conditions and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
Troubleshoot electric equipment failures & Performance.
Provide technical solutions whenever the electric equipment experience failures, utilizing sound maintenance strategies, to analyze, address and rectify the root causes in order to prevent reoccurrences.
Managing inventory and spare parts for daily / periodical maintenance.
Preparing T/A (Turn Around): Plan schedules, secure budget, Stock up spare parts, Contract partners, and Oversee maintenance work and so on.
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Allocate workload, supervise, and motivate staff.
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
Implement continuous improvement plans
Review workers performance and identify any training needs
Evaluate maintenance activity
Work effectively with other department to improve process
Requirements:
Min. D4 / bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
At least 5 – 10 years’ operation experience as Engineer in Oil & Gas, Power plant, Petrochemical & Chemical Industries
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical systems.
Working knowledge of electric facilities.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Background for environment of petrochemical plant.
Excellent communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiar with ISO manager standard
Understanding Indonesian electricity regulation
Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
Have experience about the Project.
