Senior Lamination Operator
Job Descriptions:
Complete the production tasks of Lamination function, safely and maintain product quality.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the laminating machine. Improve and optimize standard operating procedures.
Determine teamwork objectives, coach the team, give timely work feedback to subordinates, and motivate the team to develop productive and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.
Manage working schedule and overtime when needed and also control the overtime cost.
Improve production efficiency and reduce production loss under the premise of quality assurance.
Strictly abide by the company’s safety management regulations, such as safety operation procedures.
Responsible to ensure no unauthorized command, unauthorized operation and violation of labor discipline, and ensure the properly wear safety protective equipment.
Participate in World Class Manufacturing projects.
Work in close collaboration with all departments related to achieve the overall business and financial goals.
Complete other work assigned by direct manager on time and in quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s degree, preferred from the Engineering major.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Leader Laminating Operator, preferably with experience operating laminator machine, preferred aseptic packaging lamination machine.
Have good communication skills, able to work with teams and work units that intersect.
Experience as a Team Leader.
Understand and implement the principles of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the work area.
Demonstrate work responsibilities, be able to develop work plans and priorities as needed and pay attention to details.

Warehouse Engineer
Job Responsibility:
Working closely with production team to ensure orders are delivered punctually.
Manage daily inbound and outbound process
In charge to arrange personnel for all the cutting machines, to carry out production according to production-plan.
Periodically evaluate warehouse layout and storage location design, performing continuous improvement to make sure increase effectivity.
Perform cycle count, processing, find and eliminate the variances.
In charge for material balance management and report analysis.
Evaluate and update warehouse SOP, procedure, and process flow.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics, management, or similar major.
Have 5 or more years of relevant work experience, good communication and coordination skill.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software.
Good English communication skills, proficient in Chinese will be preferred.
Excellent team management and coordination with related parties.
