PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk adalah perusahaan petrokimia terbesar dan terintegrasi secara vertikal di Indonesia dengan fasilitas-fasilitasnya yang terletak di Ciwandan, Cilegon dan Puloampel, Serang di Provinsi Banten. CAP merupakan pabrik petrokimia utama yang memanfaatkan teknologi dan fasilitas pendukung canggih kelas dunia. Jantung operasi CAP adalah Lummus Naphtha Cracker yang menghasilkan Ethylene, Propylene, Mixed C4, dan Pyrolysis Gasoline (Py-Gas) berkualitas tinggi untuk Indonesia serta pasar ekspor regional.
Selain pabrik Naphtha Cracker, CAP memiliki fasilitas produksi Polyethylene dan Polypropylene yang terintegrasi yang menggabungkan dua teknologi kelas dunia. Empat reaktor Unipol dengan lisensi dari Union Carbide: satu reaktor mampu menghasilkan resin Linear Low dan High Density Polyethylene; tiga reaktor lainnya mampu menghasilkan berbagai resin Polypropylene. Reaktor kelima menggunakan lisensi dari Showa Denko KK, teknologi revolusioner Jepang yang dikenal dengan Bimodal High Density Polyethylene. Kedua teknologi kelas dunia tersebut digabungkan untuk memproduksi berbagai grade resin Polyethylene untuk memenuhi sebagian besar permintaan Polyethylene di Indonesia.
Guna memastikan produksi yang berkesinambungan, CAP memiliki pembangkit listrik terpasang dengan kapasitas yang melebihi kebutuhan produksi normal. Selain itu, CAP memiliki sambungan ke PLN sebagai sumber listrik cadangan. Pabrik pun memiliki instalasi desalinasi dan pengolahan air yang menghasilkan air yang sangat murni untuk digunakan pada sistem pendingin, tanki penyimpanan, dan jetty.

Technology Risk Engineer
Job Description:
Assessment of PSM systems and able to identify the gaps with standard practices.
Develop PSM system to sites and subsidiary companies.
Become SME of Process Safety Management, especially PSI/PHA and MOC elements to support all plant users.
Implement audit of PSM systems in regular basis to improve PSM as a system.
Review process hazards analysis (i.e. HAZOP, What-If, SIL/LOPA, Bow-tie etc.) in sites.
Expert in consequences modelling using software such as: PHAST, ALOHA, etc.
Implement current internationally recognized Codes and Standards (NFPA, OSHA guidelines) and local regulations.
Perform daily audit/assessment to activities that has process safety risks.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering.
Have 5 – 7 years in experience as Process Safety Engineer in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Industries/Engineering Consultant/EPC Company.
Have experiences on delivering SHE trainings and site inductions.
Have experiences to review HAZOP and HAZID of Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Industries.
Have experiences to review FERA, QRA, SIL studies.
Have an excellent knowledge about Process Safety Management development and implementation.
Detail oriented, good analytical thinking and have good interpersonal skills.
Fluent in english both spoken & written
Digital Technology Engineer
Job Description:
Implement, develop, manage, maintain manufacturing digital transformation system
To support on accelerate implementation manufacturing digital transformation system
Initiate to improve and adevelop existing system to fulfill user needs
Manage project with expected requirement deliverable
Continously maintain and improve established system on hardware, software, infrastructure as well
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree from Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field/ System Engineer/ Process Control
Has experience and good skill on 2D model development and modification
Has experience and good skill on 3D model development and modification
Has experience on operating 2D and 3D software engineering tools (i.e. Smart P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, OpenPlant PID, E3D, SP3D, OpenPlant Modeler or equivalent)
Fluent in English written and spoken
Good communication skill as well as collaboration with cross function team.
Good interpersonal skill, having growth mindset and eager to learn something new
