1. Corporate Communication – Visitor Staff
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage company’s visit event operations (venue, tools, etc)
Welcoming & accompany company visitors from a wide range of backgrounds
Operate company’s internal apps related to company visit event
Responsible for daily company’s visit events both offline and online
Deliver company’s profile & products knowledge to visitors in an interactive and interesting way
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication / Hospitality / Tourism major
Preferably have at least intern experience on relevant role
Passionate in communication & tourism with exceptional public speaking skill
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Having experince in operating Live Streaming equipment & video/photography will be a plus point

2. Automation Data Engineer
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Software development (SCADA Ignition web, database)
Digitalization changes for several manufacturing devices
Machine Networking topology
SCADA database maintenance (using Query language)
Data quality and hardware server maintenance
IoT maintenance for Production – Utility section (pulling machine data)
Job Requirements:
Min. D3 in Computer / Informatics Engineering
Preferably have at least internship experience on relevant role
Eager to learn, passionate about innovation, and good communication skills
Familiar with multiples programming languages and database management
Skilled in web development
Willing to be placed in Sukabumi Factory
3. Talent Development Assistant Manager
Otsuka Group Employee development, from conducting TNA, creating employee’s IDP, designing, conducting, and evaluating the development process, offline and on multiple learning platforms, with high satisfaction respond and high learning and development result
Specific Skills:
Training Need Analysis, Individual Development Program, Competency Matrix Development, Training Content Development, Training Delivery, Training Evaluation, Ice Breaking and Team Building
4. Data Visualization Staff
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for data visual & analytics services
Create extract processes, transform, and load data to be used in reporting services
Ensure that the data created is in accordance with the system design
Ensure the job scheduler runs well
Provide support on SAP (ABAP) operational
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor in Computer / Software Engineering / Information System / relevant field
Preferably have 1 year experience on relevant role
Strong communication & analytical skills
Proficiency in database concept, RDMS, ETL Concept, and Basic Logic Programming
