1. Food Admin Sales (Code : FAS)
Job Descriptiona :
Receive and process order from customers
List PO Customer & Plan Delivery (Manual Data)
Create quote and contract in sales force system
Update actual performance by PO Customer
Monitoring Leadtime Delivery PO to Customer
Billing SO Customer
Settlement AR
Checking credit limit customer and request additional if needed
Prepare document COA by LOT number for customer
Coordination with QC
Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in all major
Preefer from Administration, Foodtech/Food Science
Minimum 1-2 years working experience
Have experience in food additivies and nutrition
Have good sales communication
Good command of written and spoken english
Self starter and able to work under pressure
Able to work immediately
2. Marketing Data Analyst (Code : MAD)
Job Descriptions :
Research and analyze market trend and marketing strategies for B2B Business
Analyze internal sales record to improve and develop sales and marketing tactics
Analyze competitor’s offerings and marketing data
Promote product and support sales marketing activities
Plan and organize marketing events such as exhibition, seminar
Prepare technical document (E.G. Brochure) to promote brand to customers
Create and manage new marketing channels and development new category
Handle promotional activies with headquarter as requested
Analyze economic growth and environment
Familiar with analysis tool such as five force, 3C, swot etc
Requirement :
Experience minimal 2-3 years in food & feed industry
Background in the related field (Preferred)
Undergraduate S1 or S2 from bachelor degree in animal & health nutrition, biology, business, marketing & communication
Good communication skill, result oriented, eager to develop
Strong analytical skill, can work with or without team
Strong sense of learning and empower him/herself
Fluent in english language both in written and oral
Self stater, initiative and able to work under pressure
3. Technical Application Food (Code : TAF)
Job Descriptions :
Working closely with the customers to create functional design concepts, test existing designs and oversee the implementation of development projects also be spearheading the redesign of existing product
Use technical design skill to create functional and attractive products that are cost-effective and user-friendly
Conducting market research and evaluating similar product and their functions
Colaborating with the engineering and marketing departement on product feasibility
Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs
Creating design projects and specification sheets
Presenting product designs to management and stakholders
Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes
Testing prototypes products for functionality, easy-of-use and longevity
Resolving product issues & establish a new formulation lab
Overseeing the production process
Requirement :
Experience minimum 2 years in trading essential food additive functional food ingredients, R&D background or food industry
Undergraduate S1 or S2 from food technology or food science but R&D background will be more appreciate
Good communication skill, result oriented, eager to develop new market
Strong analytical skill, can work with or without team
Strong sense of learning and empower him/herself
Fluent in english language both in written and oral
Familiar with sales and technical regarding food additive or functional food condition
Self starter and able to work under pressure, have a initiative and dicipline
