PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to mechanical equipment. Include regular maintenance, evaluate, and execution any mechanical problem or follow up problem.
Implement the mechanical field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.
Execution preventive maintenance to all rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, and etc.
Check and identify mechanical equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping at the activity of mechanical maintenance team in accordance the safety, health, environment, and QMS.
Execution the problem in static and rotating equipment such as heat exchanger, pump, compressor, blower, rotary valve, and etc.
Qualification:
Diploma Degree D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years’ experience for D3 and 1 years for S1 in petrochemical, oil & gas, and turbomachinery. Have experienced in similar plant (Polyethylene) is advantages.
Age maximum 30 years old.
Have experienced for repair and preventive maintenance and static equipment and applying advanced technologies and best practices of mechanical maintenance in power plant, oil & gas, or petrochemical industry.
Able to do alignment of rotating equipment, interpret working procedure, and read cross and isometric drawing.
Quick responses are required, good skill at computer, English proficiency, good sensing, hearing, and general.
