PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Technical Service Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Provide advice to customers on grade selection, use, and processing of LOTTE CHEMICAL TITAN Products.
To conduct customer trial and raise report.
Set up and monitor sample delivery system and raise report.
Provide assistance to customers to help resolve processing of finished development of new or improved products.
Investigate customer complains and non-conformances and raise report.
Identify customer and end-user requirements and recommend development of new or improved products.
To identify the market acceptance of our product including competitive situation compared to competitor products.
Take responsibility for selected aspects of the development of new or improved products through trial preparation, customer trial, and product monitoring
Qualification:
Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemistry, material science, chemical engineering from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.0 (scale 4.0)
Working experience 3 years in petrochemical/plastic industry in TS/PD/QC. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply but experiece in polymer would be advantages.
Has knowledge, skill, & experience in plastic technology is preferred.
Smart, confidence, and able to convey positive image of the company.
Persuasive, has good negotiation & excellent presentation skill, strong analytical thinking, and problem solving.
Good communication in english & bahasa (written and spoken)
Has no color blind
Willing to be placed in Merak Plant, and travelling to customers (50%)
