1. Production Supervisor
Requirements :
Diploma/Bachelor/Magister’s degree majoring in industrial engineering with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
Candidate with work experience as production supervisor will be favorable
Have good analytical skills, able to read and present data
High level of integrity, discipline, and assertiveness
Willing to work extra hours (if needed)
2. Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
Min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00
At least 1 (one) year of experience as Utility Supervisor
Have a good understanding of plumbing & air pollution design, power distribution installation and 2D Drawing.
Knowledgeable about Preventive Maintenance Utility & Machine (Boiler, Compressor and Electrical Installation)
3. Human Capital Staff
Requirements :
Min. bachelor’s degeree majoring in Psychology/Management/lndustrial Engineering
Min. 1 year experience as Training & Development (Fresh Graduate with internship Experience are Welcome)
Understand the process of training management, organizational development and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Have good analytical skills, compiling concepts and presentations.
Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

4. Purchasing Staff
Requirements :
Min. Bachelor’s degree majoring in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related majors
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within automotive industry will be preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skill with fluency in English is a must, while mastery in Mandarin will be highly considered
Have a good analytical skill, able to read and present data
