Posisi dan Kualifikasi:

1.) Machinery Asst. Manager

Has good experienced in controlling project and challenging programs related to cost reduction in machine manufacturing and innovation technology.Deep understanding of mechanical drawingExperienced in handling machine imports.Experienced in workshop job (machine / Dies).Capable in assisting Machinery Manager on yearly plan and make report with deep analysis.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years experience in Workshop or machine manufacturing.Hard worker & good communication.Has ability to lead and create good teamwork with younger colleagues.Proficiently speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to speak and write in Japanese is preferable (Has certification in Japanese is a plus.

2.) IR & GA Staff

Has good experienced in creating unique and challenging programs related to General Affair and Industrial Relation matter.Incharge in handling activity related to Labor Union, Labor Law & Industrial Relation.Experienced in creating analysis and reporting for General Affair operation Understand ISO 14001.Experienced in handling planning, reporting, and analysis for transportation, catering, security, janitor.Experienced in handling planning, reporting, and analysis for Health Insurance.Capable in assisting HR&GA Manager on yearly plan and make report with deep analysis.Has good relation with government and 3rd parties related to industrial relation.Technology savvy is Bachelor degree in Law and 3 years experience in HR or related is a plus.Hard worker & good communication.Has ability to lead and create good teamwork with older colleagues.Proficiently speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to speak and write in Japanese is a plus.

3.) Business Planning

Has good experienced in leading team activity aiming challenging target, involving related department.Has good communication skills and good logical thinking for smooth and efficient working process.Has good capability in using Microsoft Excel/Power point for total activity management (monthly item control, follow up, impact calculation, and reporting to top management etc).Has good enthusiasm to achieve challenging targets, hard work.Analyze detail of product and create / manage cost structure.Coordinate with purchasing to do assessment for price from suppliers.Coordinate Cost Reduction activity VA/VE, Localization together with Procurement, Headquarters and related sections.Coordinate with Headquarters Business Planning for global price control.Summarize and coordinate Corporate overall Business condition, coordinate all informations and update from related departement, and compile into Corporate KPI (Sales, Profit).Identify issues and coordinate through company to overcome the issues related to company profit.

4.) Staff HRIS

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot HR System based on business needs and requirementsCoordinate with respective stakeholders to help translate the business needs and requiremens into technical configuration in systemDealing with client issue and delivering best option solutionCreate, manage, and maintain all set-up and system configurationExecute testing procedure for all system configuration to serve the overall quality assurance processProvide documentation of all processesDeliver socialization and trainings for respective stakeholders as neededHave good proficiency in english
