Pabrik Sikonindo berada di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Srang Banten, dengan luas sebesar 20 Hektar. Fasilitas utama yang ada di pabrik Sokinindo adalah: Stamping Workshoping, welding Worshop, Painting Workshop dan Assembling Workshop. Total kapasitas produksi maksimum pabrik Sokonindo adalh 50.000 unit pertahun, yang dapat memnuhi membutuhkan pasar local maupun mancanegara, termasuk di Asia Tenggara.

Employee Relation Specialist (HR)
Job Description
Manage employee attendance: check employee attendance, prepare employee attendance reports.
Manage employment contracts: preparing new contracts or contract extensions for employees, and compiling reports.
Manage employee resignations and prepare monthly reports
Job Requirement
Maximum 35 years old
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or related field preferred
Required language: English, Mandarin is a plus
At least 2 Years of working experience in HR, preferably from multinational automobile/manufacture company
Mastering HR Generalist Work
Able to work multitasking
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Understanding Indonesia Labour Law
Have a driver license (SIM A)
Have knowledge about TALENTA system is a plus
Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang
